The golf club was founded back in 1887 on Sandwich Bay and still features a traditional and historic clubhouse, which is famed for having one of the best golf club lunch in the UK.

As one of the top venues for golf in the South East, Royal St George’s Golf Club is very active on the Open Championship rota, having hosted it 15 times since 1894.

One of the world’s great sporting events, the historic Kent links has seen previous winners include Collin Morikawa, Greg Norman and Darren Clarke.

This great golf course is famed for its reliance on target golf, with many blind shots and more than one accurate tee shot required.
